Having a problem with your hosting account?

| High Memory Usage |
One of our servers is currently experiencing a high memory usage, which may slow down any server side scripting.
We are looking into this and expect it to be resolved shortly.

| AJAX Failure in Cpanel |
Several of our customers are reporting problems with Cpanel and AJAX when trying to add, remove or view email accounts.
This is a problem with Cpanel when using the insecure method of accessing cpanel. (http://cpanel.magicgenie.co.uk). Accessing Cpanel via the secure method of http://www.magicgenie.co.uk/cpanel), will avoid this issue.
If you have to use the insecure version due to firewalls, then simply select the option on the bottom of the Cpanel email settings page that says:

| SSL Certificates |
We are currently in the process of sorting out a problem with our SSL. You may find your email stops working via SSL. This is a temporary problem and should be resolved by the end of the day today. If you experience this problem, please receive your email without SSL turned on as a work around.

| 30 Minutes Downtime |
Our servers were down for 30 minutes from 10:55am 6th April 2009
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this, unscheduled downtime, which was a directory structure error, caused by human error from our part.
Steps are now in place to ensure this does not happen again.

| 15 Mins Downtime |
From 17:00 GMT on the 7th March 2009 there was a period of 15 minutes unscheduled downtime across our service.
This was due to a minor issue when upgrading to our MYSQL database server, from version 4.1 to version 5.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
