As you may well have noticed, we have recently introduced a new client centre. This new client centre (magicgenie.co.uk/clients) has a new interface which is both aesthetically superior to our previous version and easier to navigate. This version is currently in a BETA (testing) stage, and although fully functional, we would appreciate any feedback with regards to improvements that can be made to the system whilst it is in this BETA stage. In addition to the Client Centre upgrades, we have also introduced a new webmail system (http://wmail.magicgenie.co.uk). As with the Client Centre, whilst we hope and are confident all our customers find the new system an easy and reliable way to manage their emails and events, if you are experiencing any problems please let us know!

If you have any additional questions, queries or problems with the new systems or any other magicgenie.co.uk product or system, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please note, passwords and logins are unaffected by the changes.

The magicgenie.co.uk Survey ’09 is still up and running, so if you are yet to reply please feel free to respond by going to magicgenie.co.uk/survey.
